Welcome to KristinatLove, a farmer dating site operated for rural singles across the United States. These Terms and Conditions set the ground rules for using our platform. By creating an account, browsing profiles, or subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Read them like you’d read a land contract — once, carefully, before you sign.
Who May Use KristinatLove
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter a binding contract in your state or province of residence. KristinatLove is intended for single, widowed, divorced, or otherwise unattached adults who are seeking a genuine long-term relationship. Accounts misrepresenting marital status, age, or intent violate these Terms.
Membership is restricted to residents of the United States and Canada. Access from outside these two countries is not permitted. If a profile claims to be located abroad or requests to continue the conversation on an overseas messaging service, we consider that a strong scam signal and encourage members to block and report the account immediately.
You may hold only one active account at a time. Sharing login credentials, creating duplicate accounts, or operating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Account Responsibilities and Conduct
Every member is responsible for the accuracy of their profile and the security of their login. The rules below keep the community honest and safe for everyone.
- Tell the truth. Use your real first name, a current photo without heavy filters or concealed features, and an honest description of your work, faith, and relationship intent.
- Protect your credentials. Choose a strong password, never share it, and notify us promptly at the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Keep it personal, not commercial. KristinatLove profiles are for dating, not for promoting businesses, fundraising, multi-level marketing, or recruiting followers to other platforms.
- Respect privacy. Do not share another member’s photos, messages, phone number, or personal details outside the platform without their explicit permission.
- Report problems. If someone pressures you for money, refuses to video chat after weeks of messaging, or sends unwanted explicit material, flag the account so our review team can act.
We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these responsibilities, without refund for any remaining subscription time attributable to the violation.
Community Conduct and Prohibited Behavior
KristinatLove welcomes a plurality of views, preferences, and tastes, and we apply a best-judgment standard when reviewing reports. A practical guideline we use: content likely to generate complaints from more than one reasonable member is probably unacceptable. We may warn other members about a user’s inappropriate behavior, restrict features, or close the account outright depending on severity.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any member or group
- Sexually explicit photos, unsolicited nudes, or sexually coercive messages
- Impersonation of another person, including celebrities, public figures, or other members
- Romance scams, advance-fee fraud, cryptocurrency pitches, or any request for money, gift cards, or financial information
- Catfishing, stolen photos, AI-generated profile pictures, or other deceptive identity practices
- Collecting member data for outside marketing, scraping, or reselling
Payments, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Registering and browsing profiles on KristinatLove is free. Messaging, advanced filters, and premium visibility are unlocked through a subscription billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the package you select at checkout. Prices, taxes, and available plans are displayed clearly before payment.
Auto-renewal. All KristinatLove subscription packages automatically renew at the end of the current period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Auto-renewal locks in your original rate and protects you from future price increases for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Rebilling occurs only when the current payment period expires.
Some banks prepare the renewal payment up to three working days before the collection date. To avoid being charged for a new period, cancel your subscription at least three days before the scheduled renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
Refunds are not provided for partial periods, unused time after cancellation, or accounts closed due to a violation of these Terms. If a payment is disputed or reversed by your bank, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
KristinatLove is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that you will meet a compatible match, that a match will lead to a relationship, or that any member’s representations are accurate despite our verification efforts. Dating inherently involves personal risk; we provide tools and guidance — see our Safety Tips — but the decisions to communicate, share information, or meet in person remain yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KristinatLove and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, interactions with other members, off-platform meetings, or any failure of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid KristinatLove in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of KristinatLove will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Canadian members may alternatively bring claims in their province of residence where required by local consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of KristinatLove after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, close your account before the effective date of the change.
