What Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run a safe, rural-first dating community and to verify that every profile belongs to a real person. Our goal is to keep scammers out and keep genuine farmers singles in.

Information you give us directly

• Account basics: your name or preferred first name, email address, date of birth, gender, and the state where you live or farm.
• Profile details: photos, short bio, occupation (farmer, rancher, rural tradesperson, country-lifestyle enthusiast), faith and lifestyle filters, and anything else you choose to add.
• Messages and activity: the flirts and messages you send, the profiles you view, and the filters you use to search.
• Payment information: billing name, postal code, and the last four digits of your card. Full card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Support correspondence: anything you send to our help team, including abuse reports and verification photos.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, and general location (state or city, not precise GPS).
• Pages you view, time spent on the site, and referring pages — used to keep the platform fast and to catch unusual sign-in activity.
• Cookie identifiers used to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and language preferences.

We do not buy personal data about you from brokers, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone. Period.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. KristinatLove uses three kinds: essential cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account; preference cookies that remember your theme choice, state filter, and language settings; and analytics cookies that help us see which pages farmers actually read so we can improve the ones that matter.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

To run KristinatLove, we rely on a short list of trusted service providers. They process data only on our instructions and only to deliver the service we hired them for. We use a PCI-compliant payment processor to handle subscriptions, an email-delivery service to send verification and notification messages, a cloud hosting provider to keep the site online, and a fraud-detection service to flag suspicious sign-ups and scam patterns. Each of these vendors is bound by a written data-processing agreement and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

We will share your information outside that short list only in three narrow cases: when we have your written permission; when a valid court order or law-enforcement request legally compels us; or when we need to defend the safety of our members. We will never hand over data to advertising networks, dating-app aggregators, or data brokers. If KristinatLove is ever acquired or merges with another company, we will notify you by email at least thirty days before any transfer of your data so you can delete your account first if you prefer.
